Terry-Ann Wint

Terry-Ann Wint, LCSW--is an EMDR psychotherapist who uses a strength-based, holistic, and client-centered counseling approach to empower clients to feel more in control of their lives and emotions. In addition to being EMDR trained, she has extensive experience in treating complex trauma, and she is also trained in CBT and DBT. Terry's warm, engaging, and empathetic approach provides individuals with the tools to empower themselves to live a fulfilled life. She is a former adjunct professor at Fordham University and her work is informed by current research in emotional and behavioral health. She also teaches skills, such as mindfulness and somatic exercises to help alleviate body disturbances.
